I HOP IPA started with a simple idea: what if the space between your morning coffee and your after-work drink felt just as intentional? On Lowell Blvd, we've built a place that honors both.

By day, our baristas pull careful pour-overs and steam perfect lattes. By night, the same counter becomes a gathering spot for locally brewed IPAs, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and good company. No pretense — just great drink, served with warmth.
